Happy Gilmore 2

Beer Score: 2

Genre: Comedy

Description: To provide for his family, a retired Happy Gilmore must pick up the golf clubs once more and reconnect with the sport he once dominated.

Reviewer: Quinn

Happy Gilmore kept the same fun energy from the original, even though it came out almost 30 years later. Any Sandler movie will be a good time, and this one is no different. The amount of cameos in this movie is legendaryand one of my favorite scenes involves Eminem and is absolutely hilarious. If you want a movie you can have a good laugh without paying to close attention to the story, this is the one for you.

Review Scale Below

On this scale, fewer beers means a better movie. If a film keeps you so engaged that you don’t need a drink, it scores low. The more beers it takes to get through, the worse the movie was.

  • 1 Beer: Great — only one beer for fun, not survival.

  • 2 Beers: Decent — had a few slow parts, but still enjoyable.

  • 3 Beers: Meh — starting to need drinks to stay entertained.

  • 4 Beers: Rough — alcohol improves it more than the plot does.

  • 5 Beers: Terrible — only bearable if you’re too buzzed to care.
